Executive Committee – Rajasthan Sadak Suraksha Society
Rajasthan Sadak Suraksha Society, a non-profit organization was founded in year 2015 under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 with the soul aim to promote road safety in the state of Rajasthan. The term road safety sounds simpler but the fact is it is one of the most complex health issues. According to the Global Status Report on Road Safety, 2018 published by the World Health Organization, road crashes claims loss of 1.35 million lives each year in world. To mitigate the issue, the WHO has laid down a five pillar strategy having collaborated efforts of all stakeholders. Keeping in view, the Executive Committee of Rajasthan Sadak Suraksha Society has been constituted involving professionals from Medical & Health, Transportation, Engineering, Law , Education, Enforcement and Print & Electronic Media.
